2008年08月20日发布2008年国务院机构改革方案确定化妆品卫生监督管理职责由卫生部划入国家食品药品监督管理局。为做好化妆品卫生许可职责的移交工作，现就化妆品卫生许可受理有关事宜公告如下： 一、2008年8月29日前，进口化妆品、国产特殊用途化妆品和化妆品新原料的许可受理工作仍由卫生部负责，受理地点仍为卫生部卫生监督中心，地址为东城区交道口北三条32号，邮编为100007，联系电话为010-64047878－2209。 二、从2008年9月1日始，进口化妆品、国产特殊用途化妆品和化妆品新原料的许可受理工作由国家食品药品监督管理局负责，受理地点为国家食品药品监督管理局行政受理服务中心，地址为北京市西城区北礼士路甲38号，邮编为100810，联系电话为010-68315572。 特此公告。 中华人民共和国卫生部 国家食品药品监督管理局 二ΟΟ八年八月二十日
